Did you know that I made an Android app last year as a challenge to myself?

Of course you didn’t, I haven’t told you yet!

I was always angry that the type of games my kids like to play would either have really inappropriate ads pop up during play or always have them on screen for kids to accidentally press.

Of course I’ve no problem with people making money from their work, but really, adverts on child’s drawing game? Their fingers are going everywhere trying to colour in, of course they will hit the advert link, it’s a dodgy way of getting hits. Either release a paid version as well or don’t bother at all is my thinking.

So my little app is 100% free and Advert free. But being honest, it’s only fun for little kids, the 2-4 year old range I would say. I made it for my girls to play, now that Monster is old enough to use the tablets he likes to play it too. He plays this, the excellent official Lego games and then that damn Fish Farts game too.

Yes, even 2 year old kids find fart noises funny, it must be hard wired into our brains.

It’s only a basic app but I’m quite happy with how it turned out, I taught myself how to program in Java and Android and competed this within 2 weeks. Just off of 4k downloads without any advertising too which is nice! Anyways, download and I hope your kids enjoy!
